Good question because they are definitely different. Relax works on your body. When you feel tension in your shoulders or stiffness from working out, you want Relax.
When your mind is buzzing and you can settle down and you feel like you need to get grounded, it’s time for Calm. Calm is the perfect complement to add to your meditation to go even deeper. It quiets your mind.
